Colby Tolman

Colby graduated as Valedictorian from Filer High School in 2006 and went on to attend the University of Idaho, where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology, along with a minor in Women’s Studies. She obtained her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University and has been practicing as a physician assistant in the area since 2013.

Colby is married to a Jerome alumni, Ted Tolman, and together they have two daughters who are enrolled in the Dual Language Immersion program in Jerome.

In 2024, Colby joined the Jerome Foundation Board to further engage in community development. She is passionate about serving others and is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those in her community.
