Jerome School District Foundation is a charitable 501(c) 3 tax-exempt corporation. The Foundation will receive and distribute funds on behalf of donors with specific guidelines for how their funds are managed. These “accounts” for special projects will be managed by the Board according to the specific guidelines given in this form.
