Jerome School District Foundation is a charitable 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt corporation that obtains contributions through fundraisers and donations.  The Foundation’s goals include distributing funds for programs and activities that actively support stimulating, engaging, rigorous academic, athletic, and creative learning environment in the Jerome School District, thereby support our public school and the students who are our future.

The volunteer board works to promote the cause of the Foundation without administrative costs.

Megan R. Williams

Megan Williams is a registered and licensed dietitian/nutritionist and certified diabetes educator.  She earned a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Brigham Young University and received a Masters of Dietetic Administration from Utah State University.  Originally from Utah, Megan married a fourth generation Jerome boy (Brian) and has quickly made the community her own.

Megan works part time for the College of Southern Idaho and Shoshone Family Medical Center.  She chases 3 boys and a new daughter while working on their property north of Jerome.

 Linda Burton

Linda Burton is a retired English teacher from Jerome High School after teaching for 33 years. She still wants to be involved with Jerome schools and enjoys staying involved.


Esmeralda Chavez

Esmeralda is the Human Resources Manager for the City of Jerome. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science from Boise State University. She has been a Jerome resident for the past 25 years and loves the community she calls home. Esmeralda enjoys serving the community through her involvement in various organizations. She is actively involved as an Ambassador for the Jerome Chamber of Commerce.

Esmeralda is an avid reader, and enjoys immersing herself in all types of literature. She also has a passion for music and often times she can be found backstage or traveling with her husband’s band. Esmeralda loves spending time with her three children and viewing the world through their eyes.


Patrick Crozier

Patrick Crozier was born and raised in Jerome, is a proud product of the Jerome School District, and a graduate of the University of Idaho. He lives in Jerome with his wife, Kat, and two kids. He has worked for the last 7 years in the family business selling corn and alfalfa seed to farmers in the area.


Elizabeth Bingham

Elizabeth Bingham is a Wisconsin native and graduate of Utah State University with a BS degree in Agricultural Education with an emphasis in Natural Resources.  She is married to Cody Bingham, a Jerome farming native, and together manage Cody Bingham Farms, which raises sugar beets, corn, alfalfa, wheat, seed carrots, chickens and four lively young boys. Always happy to volunteer in her community, Elizabeth has served for four years with the Jerome County Fair Board and several years with the Jefferson Elementary PTO.  Elizabeth enjoys gardening, baking, sewing and is SCUBA certified.

Jeff Clegg

Jeff Clegg moved to Jerome in 1999 when he became the general manager of Redfish Lake Lodge in Stanley, Idaho.  Along with his wife, Audra, and their six children, he has spent his summers in the beautiful Sawtooth Mountains and his winters in the incredible “warmth” of the people of Jerome.   Jeff has a Bachelor’s of Communications from Brigham Young University.  He was born and raised in Soda Springs, Idaho.  Prior to moving to Jerome, he was the District Retail Manager for Franklin Quest Co. (now Franklin Covey Co.) for 8 years in Utah.  He is also the general manager of the Redfish Riverside Inn, Stanley High Country Inn, and the Triangle C Cabins located in Stanley.  He has been on the board of the Stanley Chamber of Commerce for 18 years, the Sawtooth Valley Meditation Chapel,  and is on the Board of Directors of the Sawtooth Society.  He loves the goodness of Jerome and has loved seeing his children educated in the Jerome School District.

 Robert E. Williams

Rob Williams, a Jerome native, has been practicing law in Jerome for more than 40 years.  After receiving a bachelor science degree from Brigham Young University in 1971, he attended law school at Northwestern University, obtaining a juris doctor degree in 1974.  He began his practice in Jerome that same year.  Rob and his wife Susan are the proud parents of seven children, one of whom is an attorney  with the firm.  They are devoted to their family and community.  Rob has returned back to the board after a short leave serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints as Associate Area Legal Council in New Zealand.
